The faction of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, led by Ayuba Wabba has suspended the ongoing nationwide strike aimed at forcing the Federal Government to reverse the N145 per litre pump price of petrol. The decision was made known on Sunday as the group resolved to resume negotiation with the government.
The Joe Ajaero led faction of the NLC had over the weekend assured that the federal government will be engaged sufficiently to ensure there was a time frame in place for ending importation of refined petroleum products into the country.
